1st year - sharing by individual school groups on outcome of implementation of CoP ICT innovations
2nd year - sharing by individual school groups on experience of mentoring schools
Artefact of learning: Teacher-for-teacher resource publication (ebook)
  - Digital learning resource book written by teachers to share with other teachers
  - Case examples of lessons designed, implementation and post-implementation reflections

Members engage in joint activities and discussions, help each other

Develop a shared repertoire of resources: experiences, stories, tools, ways of addressing recurring problems—in short a shared practice
